- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with users, development teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing RPA bots to ensure performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RPA Developer.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business process flows and identify opportunities for automation.
