- Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on agreed SLA, KPI, and service standards.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including contract documentation, renewal, amendments, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
- Support commercial analysis, including cost evaluation, pricing, and contract-related considerations.
- Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contract reviews, vendor agreements, and procurement processes.
- Ensure proper implementation of contract governance, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare vendor and contract management reports, documentation, and performance evaluations.
- Support sourcing and procurement activities related to vendor selection and contract negotiation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Sourcing.
- Experienced in managing SLA, KPI, vendor performance, contract governance, and commercial analysis.
- Experienced in coordinating with Legal and Procurement teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vendors and contracts effectively.
- Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
- Available to join immediately / ASAP.
