- Mengelola administrasi, dokumentasi, dan arsip GA
- Mengelola aset, fasilitas, dan inventaris perusahaan (laptops, desks, chairs, etc.)
- Koordinasi dan monitoring kinerja vendor
- Menangani operasional harian dan pekerjaan lapangan
- Mendukung kegiatan logistik perusahaan
- Menangani keluhan serta menyediakan permintaan fasilitas dari karyawan
- Mengontrol biaya operasional GA sesuai anggaran
- Mengelola perlengkapan kantor dan persediaan pantry.
- Mematuhi SOP, kebijakan, dan prosedur perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Administrasi, Manajemen, Hospitality, atau Teknik)
- Bersedia bekerja mobile / lapangan (bila diperlukan)
- Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C (nilai tambah)
- Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (nilai tambah)
- Bersedia bekerja fleksibel bila diperlukan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
- Mampu mengatur prioritas & multitasking
- Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan inisiatif tinggi
