Human Resource (HR) Manager  

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably at a Senior/Managerial level.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR administration.
4. Proven experience managing HR operations for an organization with 800–1,000 employees.
5. Mandatory: Must have experience in a people-management/leadership role and managing an HR team.
6. Not looking for an Individual Contributor (IC) — candidates must have prior experience leading and managing a team.
7. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work closely with senior management and department heads.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the company’s human resources functions for an organization with approximately 800–1,000 employees. The role will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance with applicable labor regulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing HR operations at scale, working closely with senior management and department heads, and leading HR initiatives that support business growth and employee development.
