Job Description:
- Melakukan monitoring dan follow-up terhadap outstanding payment customer.
- Melakukan proses pemayaran
- Menghubungi customer melalui telepon, WhatsApp, atau email untuk mengingatkan pembayaran.
- Memastikan pembayaran invoice dilakukan sesuai dengan jatuh tempo.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Finance, Sales, dan customer terkait status pembayaran.
- Membuat dan memperbarui laporan outstanding piutang serta status collection.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi pembayaran dengan data invoice.
- Menindaklanjuti customer yang mengalami keterlambatan pembayaran dan membantu mencari solusi pembayaran.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer selama proses penagihan.
- Melakukan administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait aktivitas collection.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimal D3/S1, preferably Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Collection, Account Receivable, Finance, atau posisi serupa menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Tegas, persuasif, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan follow-up yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
