Account Executive BTL Agency  

This position is for our sister company PT Marygops Studios who focus on BTL Agency / Activation Agency.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to manage client relationships and oversee brand activation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely and successful project delivery, and continuously strive to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand activation campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and campaign optimizations.

Job descriptions :

• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Disclosing project details to the client and all team members
• Monitoring all stages of project/event to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
• Day-to-day administration duties.
• Define project budgets.
• Write briefs.
• Organize focus groups.
• Lead brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree any major
• Minimum 1-2 years exp as Account Executive in Brand Activation Agency
• Experience handling Activation Project for long term period / roadshow
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A pro-active approach to creative projects
• Experience of working as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
• A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
• The confidence to give clients trust in your work
