- Provide recommendation and improvement regarding the organizational structure in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization
- Carry out and organize job analysis, job description, job evaluation, and job grading according to the company'a needs in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization
- Collaborate with process owner to improve business process, organization structure, and Man Power Planning in operation function
- Evaluate standard productivity indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs
- Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations
- Carry out and maintain change management, and monitor organization plans that has been approved
- Implement strategies to develop improvement and innovation in the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (preferable Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, Economics)
- Experienced in related fields
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office Excel & Power Point
- Have a strong negotiation skill
- Proficiency in analytical thinking & problem solving
- Have a good presentation skills
