- Set sales targets.
- Search for and develop new market opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, both new and old.
- Negotiating and drafting contracts with customers.
- Compile sales reports regularly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
- Understand and educate customers about the products offered.
- Manage customer schedules and visits efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 education (preferably Marketing/Management).
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, especially in relevant industries such as Marine, Mining, Drilling, Construction
- Open to experiences in other fields
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target oriented and can work under pressure.
- Mastering MS Office.
- Able to work independently and over time.
- Have a proactive, dynamic and results-oriented attitude.
