Job Description
- Lead PT GUE's data strategy. Implement and iterate the strategy by working together cross teams.
- Build data team to meet organization's needs both externally and internally (lead, monitor, and mentor data scientists members)
- Develop data environment to provide more value
- Lead data centric organization culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business problems and expectations, identify potential use cases that can be supported by data science/advanced analytics
- Improve processes and methodologies to ensure all data-driven use cases can be delivered, can create value, and is sustainable according to the highest level of quality
- Be an active member of the leadership team to provide guidance and decision on any concern regarding analytics
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years experience in Data Analytics or Data Science with minimum of 3 years experience in leading/managing Data team. Data engineering experience is a plus point
- Is a self driven leader that exhibits curiosity, growth mindset, and collaborative characteristics. Comfortable with closely working with stakeholders to carve out use cases and improve processes through constructive feedback
- Able to meaningfully interpret data, statistics and insight into actions
- Experience solving prediction, classification, optimization problems using applied statistics and machine learning
- Experience with programming languages in data domain, such as python/R/Julia, and well versed in SQL queries
- Able to identify and anticipate business needs, as well as build data centric culture by communicating well with stakeholders
- Good understanding of Big data infrastructure for both on-premise and cloud (hadoop, spark, presto, bigquery, synapse, redshift)
- Hungry to build Indonesia's digital health ecosystem
