Job Description
- Menjawab panggilan, email, WhatsApp dan mengelola semua kebutuhan dari Apotek atau merchant dan Marketplace untuk membantu mengatasi kendala yang terjadi.
- Mengatur and menyelesaikan komplain sesuai Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Melakukan proses identifikasi pertanyaan yang masuk lalu mengeskalasikan ke tim terkait jika dibutuhkan.
- Menjaga dan meningkatkan performa dari setiap Apotek atau Merchant.
- Melakukan cek verifikasi order.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Customer Service
- Terbiasa dengan sistem CRM, Call Center inbound atau outbound, serta Seller Center
- Berorientasi pada pelanggan (customer-oriented) dan mampu untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik
- Memiliki kecepatan kerja yang cepat dan responsif
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan
- Bersedia kerja shifting hari dan jam, WFO full di Cipondoh.
