Job Description
We're hiring a Fullstack Software Developer to build robust backend systems and high-performing websites for our clients.
📍 Pluit, Jakarta Utara (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Build & maintain secure, scalable web applications
- Collaborate with design & product teams on user-friendly websites
- Write clean, well-documented code per coding standards
- Troubleshoot & debug — from database queries to source code
- Test cross-browser/cross-device for a consistent user experience
- Stay current on emerging tech & backend trends
Minimum Qualifications
- Portfolio of successfully delivered projects
- Strong HTML/CSS & JavaScript; experience with React, Vue.js, or Tailwind
- Backend experience in Python, PHP, Node.js, or Go
- Familiar with PostgreSQL & Git
- Communicates tech clearly to non-technical stakeholders; detail-oriented problem-solver
- DevOps exposure — Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Has built AI agents, MCP servers, or workflow automations that simplify real work
- Strong grasp of web accessibility standards
