Business Operation Manager  

- Monitor and manage daily operational transactional processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and ledgers
- Handle customer escalations related to operational issues
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with compliance teams to adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and security in all operational activities

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the fintech or digital industry
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze metrics and reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Have ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing relationships with payment processors, and vendors
- Knowledge of transactional processes and settlement & reconciliations
- Ability to develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
- Proven track record to handle customer escalation professionally
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
