- Handle and manage finance-related documents at Head Office
- Organize, record, and archive financial and administrative documents systematically
- Coordinate and communicate with site teams (Sambalagi) regarding document submission and clarification
- Follow up on finance-related documents from site to Head Office
- Support the Finance team in administrative and reporting preparation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents received from site
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related major
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized in handling data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and willing to learn ERP systems
- Good communication skills, especially for coordination with site teams
- Willing to learn internal finance procedures and systems
- English is mandatory, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
