Job Description
- Perform daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate posting into the ERP system
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle intercompany reconciliation and ensure all supporting documents are complete
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents in a systematic manner
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes when required
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong understanding of accounting closing and reconciliation processes
- Basic accounting or audit certification is an advantage
- Good command of English (mandatory), Mandarin is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Willing to be placed at IGIP Sambalagi (On-site)
