Prompt Engineer  

- Prompt Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine prompts to improve the quality of AI-generated content, code, or data.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and evaluate the performance of different prompts and prompting techniques.

- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI applications.

- Documentation: Create and maintain a library of best-practice prompts and a knowledge base of effective prompting techniques.

- Research: Stay current with the latest research in natural language processing and AI to explore new prompting methods and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 3 years of experience in a in AI and machine learning field

- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

- Technical Aptitude: Foundational understanding of how large language models work.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to systematically test and iterate on solutions.

- Creativity: A curious and creative mindset for exploring unconventional solutions to complex problems.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

- Experience with a programming language, particularly Python.

- Familiarity with various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Claude).

- Experience with API integration and developing applications with LLMs.

- A portfolio of successful prompt engineering projects or a demonstrable interest in the field.
