Job Description
- Daily Reconciliation Activities (D+1)
- Input daily journal to accounting system and summarize Customer Credit Balance
- Process reconciliation & settlement on weekend (There will be subtitution on weekday)
- Handle client report, premium settlement and plugo performance
- Handle daily cases related to reconciliation result accordingly to SLA
- Check outstanding transaction to be followed up to partners; Identify suspect transaction and approve flagging transaction requested by Dispute Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably under 27 yo.
- Has experience in Reconciliation or Finance area.
- Understanding in payment industry.
- Strong foundation in handling Ms Excel. Able using database tools is a plus.
- Accuracy when computing and managing numbers.
- Has good verbal & written for communication skills and fluent in english.
- Understanding of financial procedures work flow.
- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring accounting/management/finance/related field.
- Able to work on weekend/public holiday, there is subtition of time off on weekday
- Strong team player and excited to work in a startup enviroment.
