- Responsible to achieve annual revenue of Sales Budget/Sales Target.
- Work closely with existing and new prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing and new prospective customers.
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendation to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs, in laboratory and plant trial.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering and do an after-sales support services
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0.
- Language(s) requirement: Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Fresh Graduate 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good in communication, selling & technical skill.
- Computer Literate.
- Able to analyze the problem and solve the problem.
- Have an orientation to achieve sales target.
- Responsible and good attitude.
- High self Motivation.
