- Create and maintain technical documentation, including User Manuals, SOPs, Installation & Configuration Guides, API Documentation, Knowledge Base Articles, Release Notes, Training Materials, and System Design Documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, QA teams, product managers, and business users to gather technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Manage document version control and documentation publishing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, English, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, system diagrams, and API documentation.
- Experience using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, Git/GitHub, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Adobe Acrobat, and Jira.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects.
