Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall sales performance of a National or team, Head of Area Business Development both perform sales duties themselves and lead teams to achieve sales goals. This includes everything from strategic plan to setting sales goals
  • Responsible for retail partner acquisition in each area to provide product penetration and stock availability
  • Develop and maintain partnership with all partners both internal and external that related to business process
  • Key contributor in implementation of product availability and project initiatives
  • Implement operational activities to support operational management strategy: standardized practices, follow standard process, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from all related partners
  • Market intelligence. Provides market insight, information and business opportunity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Minimum 5 years in related position, experience to manage regional area, and have good relationship with outlets or distributor, prior experience in FMCG or retail company
  • Excellent in communication and build relationship
  • Excellent in managing execution and strong in problem solving
  • Excellent integrity, honest, high motivation to learn something new, can be trusted, agile and humble
  • Willing to be travelling to all around Indonesia
