Brand Marketing Specialist

Lencir Signature is looking for a strategic, brand-conscious, and execution-driven Brand Marketing Specialist to lead brand execution and campaign activation across digital and offline touchpoints.

This is not just a role for someone who posts content or runs campaigns. We need someone who can translate brand direction into clear execution, maintain consistency across every touchpoint, and turn ideas into strong, well-coordinated brand experiences in the beauty and wellness space.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Translate brand direction and campaign briefs into clear execution plans, including content frameworks, campaign rollouts, and activation concepts.
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and overall brand experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Lead and coordinate the execution of content, design, communication, and community-related initiatives to support ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Review content, captions, and campaign assets to ensure they align with brand standards, messaging, and overall campaign goals.
• Develop and execute brand activations, including launches, wellness events, collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and KOLs to ensure smooth execution and strong brand alignment.
• Monitor campaign and marketing performance through key indicators such as reach, engagement, and traffic, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to strengthen future campaigns and activations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Digital Marketing, Activation Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing brands.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, campaign execution, and content direction across digital platforms.
• Experience handling online and offline campaign integration, including events or activation marketing.
• Good understanding of social media best practices and influencer or KOL execution.
• Able to work with direction and KPI set by management while maintaining strong ownership in execution.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and moving priorities.
