Business Development Executive For Yippy  

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert inbound leads from WhatsApp, Email, and Website inquiries
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable gifting or reward solutions
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries (speed matters!)
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage negotiations until closing
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth post-closing handovers
• Maintain CRM, update sales pipelines, and achieve monthly targets
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and improvement opportunities
• Stay updated on Yippy’s products, pricing, and supplier dynamics

• Strong business sense with understanding of pricing and solution-based selling
• Fast-paced, responsive, and action-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability to handle client concerns effectively
• Detail-oriented, especially for complex gifting projects
• Comfortable managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred
