- Work closely with stakeholders (business teams, developers, and end-users) to understand loan-related business requirements.
- Analyse and document loan workflows, systems, and processes.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for loan-related systems.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business teams.
- Work with BI teams to create reports on loan performance, risk analysis, and compliance.
- Analyse loan data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our IT team in the banking/finance industry. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services systems, regulatory requirements, and the ability to analyze, design, and implement technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. The System Analyst will work closely with business units to ensure that technology aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of information technology.
- Experienced as an application analyst (system analyst) in software development for at least the past 4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Development Lifecycle (Iterative or Agile).
- Experience in analyzing and designing business processes using data flow diagrams and UML.
- Proficient in various web programming languages
- In-depth knowledge of RDBMS, but not limited to SQL Server/Oracle.
- Experience working in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry is highly preferred (especially in Loan).
- Fluency in English is mandatory
