Business Process and Internal Control Staff  

About the role

The Business Process and Internal Control Staff play a key role in organizing the company structure, developing policies, and managing relationships with HR and external partners. Set and track KPIs to help employees and departments meet company goals. Also, responsible for creating job descriptions and evaluating employee roles.

What you'll be doing

• Help design and maintain the company’s organization structure.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external partners, especially in HR and Industrial Relations.
• Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees to meet company goals.
• Responsible for developing job descriptions, job evaluations, and job analysis for each employee.

What we're looking for

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HC staff, especially in OD and IR.
• Possessing relevant certifications (preferred)
• Willing to travel for business trips (Banjarmasin, Lombok, Samarinda, etc).

Great to Have

• Knowledge of the shipping and maritime logistics industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
