- Membantu implementasi, pengembangan, enhancement, dan stabilisasi sistem ERP perusahaan.
- Menjadi functional consultant dengan spesialisasi Accounting & Finance, sekaligus pelaksanaan integrasi antar-modul ERP.
- Memahami end-to-end business process perusahaan, mulai dari purchasing, inventory, import/local purchase, sales, customer & supplier management, warehouse, cash & bank, accounting, finance, hingga reporting.
- Melaksanakan pengecekan dan validasi transaksi serta laporan GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Balance Sheet, P&L, dan financial reporting.
- Mengadakan training, user assistance, dan functional support untuk pengguna ERP.
- Melakukan Business Analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping & functional specification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 Accounting, Finance, Information Systems atau bidang terkait, dengan pengalaman 3 - 4 tahun di ERP Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / ERP Specialist.
- Menguasai Accounting & Finance dalam ERP (GL, AP/AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Journal, B/S & P&L) serta memahami end-to-end business process dan integrasi antar-modul ERP.
- Berpengalaman dalam implementasi, enhancement, UAT, training, troubleshooting & user support ERP seperti SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, atau ERP sejenis.
- Mampu melakukan business analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping, functional specification, dan menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis ke tim IT/developer.
- Mampu melakukan validasi transaksi dan financial reporting serta menjadi penghubung antara user, IT, Developer.
- Memiliki analytical thinking, problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Pengalaman di industri Trading / Distribution / Import menjadi nilai tambah.
