- Manage and monitor renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate tenders, contractors, design reviews, and cost evaluations.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, specifications, and budgets through regular site visits.
- Coordinate building facilities, permits, and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare project reports and ensure project spending aligns with the approved budget.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related fields. Min GPA 3.00

2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or project management.

Strong skills in interior design, space planning, layout development, material selection, and budget.

Able to create and review design drawings, specifications, and RAB/cost estimates.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design tools.

Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of K3 and building permits/regulations is preferred.

Willing to travel to project sites.
