- Support documentation, prepare schedule and meeting minutes
- Becomes a liaison between IT and other departments
- Collecting preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance reports every month
- Help IT Support in tracking Ticket and response log
- Ensure all documents are filed neatly and dated for audit readiness, especially on technical diagrams
- Conducting control documents for audit readiness and internal IT audit support
- Responsible for IT orientation flow (Credentials guide, Acces map, Ticket's SOP) for new employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Education at least D3 Informatics System/IT
- Understand about hardware, system development and debug testing
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Understand Diagram making
- Understand the hardware for general
- Communicative and Reliable
