- Melakukan Follow-up Case atau Monitoring Case melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis.
- Melakukan Review dan Analisa untuk setiap pengajuan klaim yang dilakukan secara Cashless
- Melakukan verifikasi dokumen klaim
- Melakukan daily monitoring untuk pasien
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
- Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan dan reporting
- Menginput hasil analisa kedalam aplikasi system
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal. pendidikan S1/ D3/ D4 Keperawatan/Farmasi/Kebidanan
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 Tahun sebagai Claim Analyst atau Case Monitoring di TPA atau Asuransi (bukan Contact Center)
- Menguasai produk asuransi kesehatan termasuk Polis Individu
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar tentang teori Penyakit dan Pengobatan.
- Memiliki kemampuan Analisa yang baik
- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFT
