- Planning and conducting meeting to identify organization business need
- Analyze the business model to identify the scope of the project
- Review and investigate project requirement
- Interpreting the business rules and technical system
- Designing a functional system
- Translate technical issue
- Documenting needs analysis and technical system
- Assisting the developer in developing the functional system into a fully functioning software
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Associate's Degree
- Minimum has 1 years of working experience in a related field
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile Scrum
- Understand the System Development Life Cycle
- Understand Query Scripting for Microsoft SQL Server
- Preferably understand Scrum Agile Project
- Able to make decisions, manage projects, manage resources, develop an implementation plan
- Strong knowledge in the IT field and user requirements for the system
- Good at analyzing and organizing data & information
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
