- Mencari, memetakan, dan mengembangkan customer, segment, dan industri baru sesuai arahan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.
- Menjaga hubungan bisnis yang positif terhadap existing & new customer untuk memastikan kontinuitas penjualan yang baik.
- Melakukan demo, presentasi, negosiasi, dan pengambilan data teknis dari customer.
- Membuat laporan dan analisa atas aktivitas dan pencapaian sales.
- Melakukan customer visit dan handling untuk customer area Surabaya, Jawa Timur, dan Jawa Tengah.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Sidoarjo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and driving sales efforts, offering technical consultations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, supporting customers with technical inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

- Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities effectively
- Technical Support skills to provide expert consultations and solutions for customer needs
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivation, team collaboration abilities, and a result-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Experience in the thermal or industrial products industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial
