Job Descriptions:
- Menerima panggilan dari User
- Membuat tiket dan menutup tiket
- Analisa masalah
- Membantu remote support
- Mengawasi SLA response time < 1 jam
- Mengawasi SLA response time < 48 jam
- Apabila terdapat tiket yang baru dan belum terdaftar di “knowledge base”, maka helpdesk tersebut wajib untuk membuat “knowledge base” baru.
- Menyelesaikan tiket-tiket yang memiliki kompleksitas tinggi
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan layer 2 terkait enhacement
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Pendidikan Minimal D3
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Administrator / Helpdesk Minimal 2 Tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP)
- Memiliki kemampuan SQL menjadi nilai tambah
