- Melakukan manual testing untuk aplikasi web dan mobile sesuai standar QA.
- Membuat, mengembangkan, dan memelihara test case, test scenario, dan test script.
- Melakukan automation testing menggunakan Katalon Studio (Web & Mobile).
- Menjalankan regression test, functional test, smoke test, dan UAT.
- Melakukan debugging awal dan mendokumentasikan hasil temuan bug secara jelas dan terstruktur.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim developer, product, dan UI/UX untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi.
- Menggunakan basic query database (SQL) untuk validasi data selama proses testing.
- Menyusun test report dan memastikan defect ditangani sesuai prioritas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal 2 – 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai QA Tester / Software Tester.
- Memahami konsep SDLC dan STLC.
- Mahir manual testing untuk Web & Mobile (Android/iOS).
- Pengalaman menggunakan Katalon Studio untuk automation test (web dan/atau mobile).
- Mampu membuat test case, test plan, dan test documentation.
- Memahami basic SQL query (Select, Join sederhana, filtering data).
- Familiar dengan tools: Jira / Trello / TestRail / Postman.
- Detail-oriented, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Pengalaman API testing menjadi nilai tambah.
- Penempatan di Tanjung Barat, Jakarta Selatan (WFO)
