Position Summary:
Performs duties such as manning the reception area including handling incoming calls from the trunk line, assisting in all meetings and webinars, conference room reservations, coordinating food, beverage and other requirements needed for the meetings, office vehicle reservations, and coordinating online requests for other administrative services. This role will also assist in the Global Library Management System and other administrative tasks when needed.
Work Arrangement: 5 days Office Setting (On Site)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration / Management / Mass Communication / Marketing graduate
- At least two (2) years’ work experience in front office reception or related field
- With excellent customer service orientation
- Able to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
- With a keen eye for details, flexibility and qualities of a team player
- With time management skills and ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Able to write /draft reports, memos and other related documents
- Able to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information/data/documents
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data
