Marketing Assistant  

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns for the company’s real estate projects
  • Maintain and manage the company’s social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content
  • Develop marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and promotional content
  • Write captions, advertisements, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing communications
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for project developments, turnover units, company events, and promotional activities
  • Assist in organizing open houses, project launches, property fairs, broker events, and other marketing initiatives
  • Monitor social media performance, lead generation activities, and marketing campaign results, and prepare reports
  • Maintain digital marketing assets, content libraries, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s branding standards
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to recommend marketing improvements
• Administrative
  • Maintain organized records of sales, marketing, and client documents
  • Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and event requirements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents for the department
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

• Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing is preferred

• Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or housing is an advantage
