Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Memberikan konsultasi rencana studi, presentasi produk, dan melakukan strategi up-selling untuk mencapai target bulanan.
- Mengelola database siswa serta menyusun laporan penjualan yang akurat.
- Memenuhi target penjualan bulanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan (orang tua & siswa) untuk meningkatkan retensi dan referensi.
- Menangani keluhan, menjawab pertanyaan, dan memberikan update operasional (jadwal/guru) kepada orang tua.
- Menjual kembali paket kursus dan mengajak siswa non-aktif untuk bergabung kembali.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal serta aktif dalam kegiatan promosi di luar kantor.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi Minimum:
- Memiliki dedikasi tinggi dalam melayani pelanggan dengan sepenuh hati.
- Mahir dalam melakukan presentasi penjualan (sales pitch) yang efektif dan mencapai target kesepakatan (closing deals).
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang Sales atau Direct Selling (B2C) (Berpengalaman di bidang pendidikan edukasi lebih diminati).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan promosi yang luar biasa.
- Memiliki etos kerja "Can-Do Attitude", berorientasi pada pelayanan, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Pribadi yang fokus pada pencapaian target dan hasil kerja.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift.
- Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan (weekend) dengan jadwal libur di hari kerja (Senin - Jumat).
