Job Description
- Validate customer’s identity
- Listen to customers’ complaints or feedback, do necessary checks, and consolidate the discussion points into a report
- Take required actions (e.g. solve on the spot or escalate to respective business units)
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. D3 from all major
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Have working experience as an agent in a contact centre would be a major advantage
- Customer Service oriented
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to act and quickly adapt to a new task
- Able to communicate in English would be a plus
- Good phone etiquette and Have good written communication skills
- Comfortable with working in shift
