- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills Maintain an organized database of candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications
- Talent Skills & Network: Possesses a broad and diverse candidate pool database, spanning Singapore and Southeast Asia (SEA).
- Role Management Experience: Experience handling diverse roles relevant to current trends (will be validated/proven during the interview process).
- Work System: Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
- Able to communicate and interview in English
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in IT consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of various tech roles and relevant skills
