Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaker  

Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential.

Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Chinese literature.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience is preferred.

Able to speak in English is a plus.

Ability to work independently.

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with our Chinese user.

Coordinate daily personal needs for Chinese user.

Manage the procurement and arrangement of accommodations for our Chinese user, including apartment rentals and maintenance.

Monitor and track the attendance of our Chinese user\'s work commitments, ensuring punctuality and schedule adherence.

Assist with visa-related processes and documentation for our Chinese user, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Utilize strong administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently and maintain organized systems for the smooth operation of daily activities.
