Job Description
- Proper coordination and manning of the operation for the realization of the existing and new product launch. This includes capacity planning, capabilities and manpower planning.
- Manage the backroom repairs in accordance to Starmobile Standard and KPI’s.

- Manage the technician daily routine and provide feedback on their performance.

- Attendance / Tardiness
- Responsible for technical issues and concerns in the repair operation to meet the monthly target of repaired volume.
- Responsible to analyze the failure of repair by the technician or in the technical area.
- Ensure that all materials like software updates are disseminated on time to all technicians including those in the branches.
- Ensure that all assigned tools and equipment to technician are properly accounted.
- Monitor, check and ordering of defective spare parts needed replacement of defective tools and equipment.
- Handle the technical training for all products of Starmobile.
- Proper housekeeping is strictly practice before and after the repair operation.
- Able to work independently within specified time constraint.
- Should be responsible for own action; keep with its commitment.
- Perform related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- CCTV monitoring and installation.
- Network and hardware support
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year Computer Science, IT/Programming, Computer Engineering or any related course
- With at least 1-2 years’ experience in Technical/PC Support, Network/System Administration and Network Design/Imp[lamentation
- With knowledged in server installation and maintenance, network configuration and testing, CCTV installation, Hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and Wi-Fi management are highly desired.
- Good in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Team player, results-oriented, highly analytical, excellent interpersonal skills and eager to continuously learn.
