Job Description
- Review and drafting contract (NDA, MOU, Partnership Agreement, etc);
- Drafting statement letter, application letter, power of attorney, and all correspondence for the company;
- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services;
- Assess partners and/or vendors performance to identify the need for amendents of existing contracts;
- Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential customers;
- Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner;
- Serve as the main lialison with outside contracting representatives;
- Develop and implement effective procurement proposals;
- Research regulations to guarantee contracs are updated and in compliance with laws;
- Coordinate with customers to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law at reputable university;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Exellent oral and written communication skills;
- Fluent in English oral or written;
- Able to make bilingual contracts;
- In-dept knowledge of procurements regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications;
- Speed learning to adaptation with the StartUp culture;
- Able to work quickly;
- Good attitude is a must;
