Job Description
- Becoming stakeholder's (management and employee) point of contact in relation to project development
- Provide both verbal and written communication regarding project status, risks and issues
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Perform administrative functions and provides administratobe support to project team and/or PMO Department
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, any major but preferrably Business and Engineering
- Have 1 to 2 years experience (consulting experience would be a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English both oral and written
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Detail oriented and passionate to coordinate multiple projects
