Job Description
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with a hybrid setup, depending on university requirements.
- Must have personal equipment (laptop/PC) for remote tasks.
- Available to commit to an internship duration of 300 - 600 hours.
- Willing to work morning shifts (10 AM - 8 PM) as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and contact potential candidates for various job openings.
- Manage job portals, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in initial candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Support recruiters in daily hiring activities and talent acquisition projects.
- Coordinate with universities for internship partnerships (if applicable).
