- Maintain relationship with Overseas University or Representative
- Create new relationship with Overseas University or Representative
- Create events to attract student to join/registration to Overseas University or Representative
- Developing education market in Overseas University
- Assist Product Manager in finding out good selection on products regarding universities and colleges around the allocated countries.
- Assist Product Manager in negotiation with partner institution for agency agreement
- Maintaining a good and proactive relationship with stakeholders.
- Monitoring sales progress.
- Monitoring Sunnies as our CRM and our partner institution’s CRM
- Devising marketing and sales strategy
- Deliver training and Product Knowledge to counselors, admissions, and managers
- Controlling and monitoring social media content
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major (overseas graduates are preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Experience in the education or overseas education industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, mature, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Comfortable working with international partners and internal sales/marketing teams.
- Willing to work Full WFO in Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
