- Manage, review, and update agreements, and legal documentation related to business operations
- Develop, review, and update internal legal and business policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and support effective legal operations.
- Monitor, review, and analyze applicable laws and regulations, identify the Company’s legal obligations, and assess the level of compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely compliance, and verify evidence of compliance.
- Manage, review, documentation updates, and ensure implementation of action plan regarding Personal Data Protection management cycle
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations; knowledge of Personal Data Protection regulations will be considered an advantage.
- Capable of analyzing new regulations and assessing their impact on the multifinance industry, including ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Proficient in legal research, legal drafting, and document review.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian contract law.
- Will assist and support contractual matters during acquisition processes in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Prior exposure to or knowledge of the multifinance industry is a plus.
