Job Description
- Scanning and filing employment documents
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- HR administration
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the People Partner Lead
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student from Psychology Major, Human Resource, Business administration are preferred
- Can work both in team and solo player
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fast Learner
- Can join ASAP
