IT Support
Roles and Responsibilities
- The individual is tasked with ensuring that all hardware and equipment are in optimal working condition by repairing, maintaining, and upgrading them as needed to enhance workstation performance.
- The individual will be responsible for promptly resolving issues and offering assistance to end-users as necessary. This includes conducting research, identifying and analyzing problems, finding solutions, and restoring hardware and software functionality.
- If the individual is unable to resolve the issue, they should follow the appropriate technical processes and escalate it to the second or third level. Additionally, they are responsible for managing service requests, installing software, setting up new computers, and performing upgrades, among other duties.
- In addition to providing support to users, the candidate is accountable for answering calls, responding to chats, and replying to emails.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field is required.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in IT Support and knows Basic Network Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software support
- The candidate should be open to working night shifts
