Job Description
- Work closely with the prime leader to unlock the opportunity to onboard external media partners to be part of Tokopedia ads solutions offering.
- Grow publisher partnership business revenue and deliver good ads performance for merchants with an off-platform inventory.
- Spearhead day to day activities related to publisher partnership:
- Identify potential publisher/media partner to work with
- Strategize potential synergy between external offering and internal offering to create something that is beneficial for Merchants, Tokopedia, as well as Ads Solutions team.
- Create end-to-end planning when it comes to business, onboarding, testing, integration, etc.
- Proactively manage and optimize external partners from inventory management & performance overtime to find ways to get better results
- Understand media (digital) business models and can conduct commercial conversations with partners to find win-win commercial propositions.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders’ interests and find ways to cater to both needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and able to lead the flow of conversations and agenda.
- Able to converse and navigate ad tech landscape conversations - this role will involve a lot of technicality on Digital ads.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
- Have hands-on experience in media planning, media buying, optimizations, and reporting of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and jargon.
- Understanding of Ad-tech landscape is a must - Supply-side, Demand Side, Programmatic/Non-programmatic.
- Good communications and articulations skills in both Bahasa & English
- Strong project management skills - timeline management, prioritization, project planning.
- Good stakeholder management skills love working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Good at working with data, able to process data into actionable insights & recommendations
- Good presentation skill and good storytelling skill
- Comfortable and good at working with presentations (PPT, Google Slides)
- Comfortable and good at working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Having sales experience is a plus
