Job Description
- Semi-Monthly Payroll preparation (500+ employees)
- Responsible in processing all Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig).
- Plan & Implements Benefit Programs 13th Month Pay and other related benefits computation
- Salary Distortion and Adjustments
- Prepares BIR 1601, Alphalist and other related BIR Reports in a timely manner
- Ensures compliance with company policies and regulation
- Final Pay computation and processing
- Handles Salary Disputes and Answer employee queries
- Ensures accurate management of Employee Records (Master List & Data Base)
- Prepares monthly salary reports
- Other tasks may be assigned by the immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or any related course.
- With/without working experience.
- Required Skill(s): Worker Compensation, Knowledge of Statutory Benefits & Admin Works, Strong Organizational Skills, Ability to Adapt to Changing Environments, Confidentiality, Strong Management Skills, Ability & Interest in Training Other Team Members, Attention to Detail and Follow Through to Resolve Any Oustanding Issues, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication, Extensive Knowledge on Manual Payroll Processing, Working Knowledge of any related Payroll Software, Extensive Skills & Knowledge in MS Office Applications Particularly Excel
