Job Description
- Manage and deliver multiple analytics work streams for diverse clients; both ongoing & ad-hoc
- Translate business needs and requirements of the client to technical specifications
- Perform Data Integration and Preparation
- Review and validate customer data as it is collected
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Prepare data for analysis and visualization/reporting
- Help clients define metrics and KPIs that answer their key business questions
- Create dashboards, visualizations, reports
- Design, build, test, productionize, and deploy solution
- Creating value from data by performing analytics and statistical techniques to identify insights, generate recommendations and Communicate data value to key stakeholders
- Develop and update technical documentation, and enable clients through knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts and solutions to all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and G Suite
- Experience in data modeling with proficient Excel skills
- Proficient with Implementation experience in at least one of the following tools: Tableau, SAS VA, Pentaho, and/or PowerBI (Intermediate level)
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience working in a data-rich environment
- Knowledge and experience of the following tools are a plus
- Tableau, SAS Language
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Excel, API for report embedding
