Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT infrastructure of TGI and affiliates, both on-premise and cloud
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure team, with primary focus in managing and supporting (on-site and remote, 24/7 or on-call) data center operations, disaster recovery systems, network, security, compute and storage systems
- Maintain standards and aim for continual improvements, aligned with best practices, compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and prepare for compliance to required standards/certifications, such as those related to business continuity and data center management
- Prepare team and systems for internal and external audits, keeping accurate and up to date records
- Perform and manage day to day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, security assessment, enablement and quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service and operational levels are met and results are delivered
- Responsible for the corporate IT security and data protection by ensuring adequate infrastructure, policies, standards, procedures and security controls are in place, including monitoring against external and internal threats
- Conceptualize, design and implement strategic plans, policies, guidelines, procedures, best practices and standard for the IT Infrastructure and align with company’s strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure adequacy, effectivity and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, network and security set-up and addresses upgrade requirements in a timely manner
- Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies
- Manage the relationship with the outsource IT service providers, vendors, partners and other IT suppliers (internal and external) and ensure their compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA), contracts and other regulatory requirements
- Participate as required on group wide information technology strategy development and implementation.
- Responsible for preparing and managing the Infra-DCO budget, assessing cost and feasibility and providing recommendations
- Responsible for the information security by protecting confidential information from unauthorized access, ensuring the integrity of the information and information system, taking appropriate measures to manage security risks and following and complying with the laws, legislations and terms of contracts.

Minimum Qualifications
A. Minimum Education
- Graduate of Computer Science or equivalent
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- With at least five (5) years in an IT service management and leadership position
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex IT infrastructure, including data center management
- Evidence of continuous professional and personal learning and development
- Knowledge and experience/expertise in the following areas:
- Data center operations
- Network and security management (firewalls and related technologies)
- Telco – ISP and telephony
- Compute and Storage management
- Virtualization and server administration
- Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Business continuity management and disaster recovery planning
- ITIL service management certification an advantage
