- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service related to bond trading transactions in the primary market.
- Facilitating and executing bond trading transactions in the primary market on behalf of customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that all bond trading activities in the primary market adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to bond trading transactions and finding satisfactory resolutions in the primary market.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth through successful bond trading transactions in the primary market.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Division facilitates government bond transactions, including Retail Government Bond, Retail Sharia Government Bond, and corporate bonds. Investment Banking (IB) Division provides bonds and equity underwriting service as well as financial advisory, including merger & acquisition, divestment, valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring and financing. To complete our services, in April 2014, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk also acts as Mutual Funds Sellling Agent.
On January 31, 2011, PT Trimegah Asset Management as subsidiary of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, earned its Business License as Investment Management Company.
